We ship our international orders with great care and always do our best to keep any import duties and taxes as low as possible.

In the vast majority of cases, our customers do not incur any additional charges upon delivery. However, customs regulations vary by country, and on rare occasions your local customs authority or courier may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees.

If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Based on our experience, any additional fees are typically in the region of £10–£20, although this may vary depending on your country's import regulations.

Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay any applicable customs charges requested by your local customs authority or delivery provider.
